Standard Return Policy:
Items sold by KellyJewelerOnline.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.* For Items returned after 30 days, KellyJewelerOnline.com may grant a credit of up to 50% of the item's value less restocking fee. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original material included with the shipment.
*After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item including original shipping cost. All items are subject to a restocking fee of $5.95 per item.
All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase.
If you receive a product that is defective, you may return your product for a replacement. New shipping charges and restocking fee will be waived. If you have requested an immediate replacement for a return, the original item must be received back in our warehouse within 30 days from the date the replacement item is shipped. Your account will be charged full price for the replacement item including shipping if the return is not received within 30 days.
While the Arctic Star™ simulated diamond is unconditionally guaranteed for life it is not indestructible. Care or your fine Arctic Star™ simulated diamond jewelry is just as you would care for any other fine jewelry, taking precautions not to wear rings and bracelets when doing rough work or activities with your hands, avoiding sharp blows. Arctic Star™ simulated diamond jewelry can be safely cleaned in an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner or by using a commercial (non-acid based) jewelry cleaner.
